Your new work environment
As a Talent Acquisition Partner Finance at Ahold Delhaize, your mission is to identify and attract top Financial talent. Your expertise will guide senior stakeholders through the complexities of the labour market, ensuring strategic choices for recruitment methods to cultivate and enrich our access to financial talent. You will take charge of candidate selection, conduct insightful interviews, and oversee assessments, all while guaranteeing a highly positive experience for every candidate. This role demands a passionate commitment to maintaining the highest recruitment standards, fostering the company's reputation as a top employer.

 

Working within the dynamic EBS Career Center at Ahold Delhaize, your responsibilities span across various company brands in the Netherlands, including Albert Heijn, Etos, Gall & Gall, and the AD global head office itself. In this pivotal role, you can add value as a reliable business partner for hiring managers and HR business partners, focusing on successful recruitment strategies and exemplary process execution. Beyond the day-to-day recruitment tasks, your influence will extend by contributing to the continued professionalization of our Talent Acquisition team, marking your position as crucial to the organization's continued success and growth.

 

Key responsibilities of your role
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

 

Talent Attraction
Lead the full recruitment cycle for financial positions, improving stakeholder advisory on talent acquisition and candidate experiences.

 

Talent Strategy
Select and manage recruitment channels to build talent pools for Ahold Delhaize, Albert Heijn, Etos, and Gall & Gall.

 

Collaboration
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to implement targeted recruitment strategies and streamline the selection process.

 

Improvement
Elevate the Talent Acquisition team’s operations, contributing to the professional growth and strategic objectives of Ahold Delhaize.

Requirements
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements: 

 

  • You combine a bachelor’s degree over three years of work experience as a Corporate Recruiter
  • You have experience recruiting for Finance positions or are willing to become an expert in recruiting this target group
  • You have solid expertise in talent attraction, direct sourcing, and recruitment marketing
  • You bring solid (recruitment) process management qualities to the table, as you will guide senior stakeholders in a complex organization.
  • You are knowledgeable in the use of ATS systems and sourcing tools
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English (both written and verbal)

 

Aside from these hard skills, we think you should also bring some much-valued soft skills to the table: an entrepreneurial mindset, outspoken communication skills, and a proactive approach. In addition to these, a high level of creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm will take you far.

process looks like?

Application

Share your enthusiasm for Ahold Delhaize or of our great local brands — explain why do you want to work for us and how you can add value. Your goal is to engage the hiring manager and to get them thinking about you as a potential new hire. Give it your all!

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
