Your Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Product Owner to lead the Merchandising product within our organization, where SAP Retail serves as the primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. As Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in implementing solutions around Price, Promotion and Assortment to supports company’s goals, ensuring seamless operations and product delivery.

What you will focus on

  • Support in the development and communication of a clear product vision to plan and optimize pricing, promotion and assortment capabilities throughout their lifecycle.
  • Gather requirements in cooperation with business counterparts and SAP experts in order to support product roadmap and translate them to functional requirements.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it contains well-defined user stories, features, and technical tasks related to the Merchandising domain.
  • Facilitate the successful delivery of product features in partnership with cross-functional IT teams, including SAP specialists and business analysts.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within Merchandising systems as well as other systems in the respective domain.
  • Train the end users on the new products.
  • Follow applicable Standards, Procedures, Guidelines and Methodologies in the implementation and/or maintenance of the SAP ECC6 platform

Who we are looking for

  • University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation. Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
  • At least 2 years of relevant IT working experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with Price, Promotion and Assortment Management.
  • Familiarity with complex IT landscapes and large organizations.
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian).
  • Experience with SAP PMR, Oliver Wyman and Blue Yonder will be considered an asset.
  • Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
  • Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work.

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
