We offer our colleagues flexibility in the way of working. At the same time, teamwork and collaboration are an important part of how we work, so we value face to face interactions. Our office policy is to spend at least 50% of the working time each month at the office. Most teams have set team days on which everyone based in the same location will come to the office.
