The RPA Factory offers a dynamic workspace that support the brands Albert Heijn, Etos and Gall&Gall with automating business processes. RPA stands for robotic process automation and we use various low code technologies to optimize the performance. A few examples of tools that we are using are Automation Anywhere, Power Automate and PowerApps. There is a lot to learn!
 

Your new job and workplace. 
As an intern in the RPA Factory team you will be part of the EU RPA Community of Ahold Delhaize. Your role is to support the NL RPA Factory servicing local clients in NL. In your role you work closely with the RPA NL development team to run the daily operations to effectively both (1) to deliver new bots as well as (2) managing the existing bot farm. A few example tasks that are part of your daily job:

• •Intakes for new bots
• Run workshops together with the RPA team to identify new bot opportunities 
• Creating new users/roles in the Automation Anywhere Control Room
• Creating and working in Jira to deliver on tasks
• Moving bots to production
• Support the implementation of new technology (e.g. machine learning models or PowerApps)
• Guide users while using the application and provide user trainings 
• Cooperate with the GSO IT platform team to Investigate root causes for incidents  
• Maintain and update configuration files for KPI Dashboarding
• Plan and discuss bot performance evaluations with the RPA Factory manager & business owners  
   

In this position you work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.

• You study in the direction of Business Studies, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Econometrics, Engineering or many others
• Good communication skills in English as well as in Dutch
• A good understanding of Microsoft Excel
• Some experience with building dashboard in Power BI
• Ability to manage the A360 application (on the job learning)
• Ability to troubleshoot (technical) issues and propose solutions (on the job learning)
