U našim distributivnim centrima u Dobanovcima i Staroj Pazovi, imaćeš priliku da stekneš ili unaprediš praktično znanje u radu sa kvalitetom proizvoda u perishable kategoriji (mesna i mlečna prerada).
Otvoreni smo kako za kandidate sa iskustvom, tako i za one koji su na početku karijere – najvažniji su nam motivacija, odgovornost i spremnost za rad u timu.

Ključne odgovornosti:

-Kontrola, praćenje i izveštavanje o kvalitetu robe (prijem i lager)
-Učešće u rešavanju reklamacija i procesima povlačenja proizvoda
-Organizacija i sprovođenje internih kontrola i audita dobavljača
-Učešće u izradi normativa, deklaracija i proizvođačkih specifikacija
-Praćenje i sprovođenje sanitarno-higijenskih standarda u objektu
-Saradnja sa inspekcijskim organima i relevantnim institucijama
-Uzorkovanje i koordinacija analiza proizvoda
-Operativna kontrola higijenske i zdravstvene ispravnosti robe
-Primena procedura, standarda i mera zaštite na radu

Kvalifikacije:

-Diplomirani prehrambeni tehnolog ili veterinar
-Poželjno iskustvo u oblasti kvaliteta i bezbednosti hrane (nije uslov)
-Dobro poznavanje Excel-a i PowerPoint-a
-Osnovno znanje engleskog jezika
-Poželjna vozačka dozvola (B kategorija)
-Preciznost, organizovanost i analitičnost u radu
-Voliš da radiš u timu i sarađuješ sa drugima

Način rada:

-Rad u dve smene: 06–14h i 14–22h
-Radna nedelja obuhvata 5 radnih dana, uz raspored koji može uključivati i rad vikendom
-Veći deo posla je u distributivnim centrima, uz povremeni kancelarijski rad
-Rad na obe lokacije (Dobanovci i Stara Pazova)
-Obezbeđen organizovani prevoz
-Vozačka dozvola je prednost zbog fleksibilnosti u radu između lokacija

-Ugovor na neodređeno vreme i stabilno zaposlenje
-Minimum 26 dana godišnjeg odmora
-Benefit karticu uz popuste u Maxi, Mega Maxi i Shop&Go radnjama, kao i kod brojnih partnera (do 50%)
-Rad u timu koji direktno utiče na kvalitet proizvoda i zadovoljstvo kupaca

Proces selekcije obuhvata:

-Testiranje (po potrebi)
-HR intervju
-Završni razgovor sa menadžerom tima

Application

Share your enthusiasm for Ahold Delhaize or of our great local brands — explain why do you want to work for us and how you can add value. Your goal is to engage the hiring manager and to get them thinking about you as a potential new hire. Give it your all!

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
