Our Global Support Office (GSO) is based in Zaandam in the Netherlands, but GSO associates also work in all the countries we serve. This team supports all our great local brands in finance, HR, IT, legal, communications, sustainable retailing, and other key functions. . 

 

Cyber Fusion Analyst

This role requires a dedicated professional who can navigate the complexities of cyber security operations while leading teams through both routine tasks and high-stakes incident responses.

 

This involves:

  • Engagement:
    • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Coordination:
    • Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams during cyber incidents, exercises, and simulations, ensuring seamless integration and response.
  • Reporting:
    • Oversee the creation and timely dissemination of both operational and executive reports, providing clear insights into cyber security status and actions.
  • Tracking:
    • Maintain meticulous records and trackers for cyber security activities, from daily operations to incident responses, ensuring accountability and progress visibility.

Key responsibilities of your role

Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

  • Business As Usual (BAU) Functions:
    • Develop and maintain cyber metrics and dashboards to track performance and threats.
    • Conduct regular Fusion drills (cyber incident tabletop exercises) to ensure team readiness for cyber incidents.
    • Prepare and distribute comprehensive reports detailing cyber metrics and incident summaries.
  • Active Incident Response Coordination:
    • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams during cyber incidents, ensuring effective communication and action.
    • Manage and update action trackers for ongoing incidents to ensure all tasks are tracked and completed.
    • Draft and disseminate executive-level reports on incident status, outcomes, and lessons learned.

Requirements

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:

  • Communication and Problem-Solving:
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to explain complex cyber security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Proficient problem-solving skills, particularly in crisis situations.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years of experience in cyber governance or similar roles. focusing on policy development, compliance, and oversight.
    • 6+ years of project management experience, preferably within a cyber security context.
  • Cyber Security Documentation:
    • Experience with designing and implementing broad cyber security documentation for cyber functions.
  • Team Leadership and Incident Response:
    • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in both simulated and real cyber incident scenarios, ensuring effective coordination and response.
  • Analytical Expertise:
    • Demonstrated ability to think critically and logically under pressure, including performing root cause analysis and developing strategic insights from complex cyber security data.

Additional Considerations:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Soft Skills: Must possess resilience, adaptability, and strong leadership skills in crisis management.
  • Cultural Fit: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in cyber security practices.
