As an intern in the Innovation & Programs team, you’ll enter the world of optimizing HR processes and HR Transformations. You will be involved in tasks focusing on the digital side of Human Resources. The aim is to achieve project objectives, enhance efficiency, and drive positive transformations in HR practices. Your new job and workplace.
As an intern, you make a direct contribution to optimizing HR processes, leveraging new HR systems, and ensuring successful adoption by end-users. You don't do this alone, but together with your colleagues from the Global HR Innovation & Programs team. You will support the project managers in their tasks. Your responsibilities depend on the moment you join us and the projects running at that time. You can consider the following:
- Assistance to project managers in coordinating and steering project activities.
- Support in coordinating, preparing, and conducting tests to assess new processes for functionality and user-friendliness.
- Involvement in Change & Transformation activities to inform and engage crucial stakeholders for effective adoption of new processes.
- Participation in the hypercare phase of projects.
During this dynamic internship, you'll dive into the digital side of Human Resources, working on various projects across our global brands. As an intern in the Innovations & Programs team, you won't just learn about our headquarters and HR processes, but you'll actively contribute by working alongside our project managers. In this position, you will work 32-40 hours per week, partly from our headquarters in Zaandam and partly from home.

- You are currently pursuing an education at college/university level.
- Knowledge of IT Proficiency: Easy with using software and tools.
- You are at home in Data Analysis: Eager to analyze data, interpret trends, and derive meaningful insights to support decision-making.
- You are at home in the English language. You are not afraid to speak English.
- Experience with Project Management. Familiarity with project management methods is a big plus.
