How you can
make a difference

As a Client Success Specialist you'll be the engine of every campaign. By collecting the signature and campaign materials you'll make sure the campaign can have a smooth start. During campaigns you'll be updating the clients if there are any changes. After the campaign you'll be thanking the client for their trust in us and will give them a final report of the campaign.

Your new work environment   

As Client Succes Manager, you will be joining our Retail Media department. Ahold Delhaize has recognized that Retail Media, also called The 3rd Wave (after Search and Social Media), as an opportunity. We started with retail media in Europe 10 years ago at Albert Heijn. Since then, we have seen continuous double-digit growth in the Benelux, driven by Albert Heijn Retail Media Services (AHRMS) and Bol Retail Media (BRM). Both considered pioneers in retail media, with an innovative edge and an impressive collection of privacy-proof first-party data. Now we have started a new Retail Media venture called Ad Retail Media, focused on so-called non-endemic advertisers (non-suppliers), seen as a new interesting grow opportunity for Retail Media. Together with the account management team you will be responsible for growing this customer group. 

 

Key responsibilities of your role  
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:  

  • Coordination of campaign to deliver campaigns within the guidelines and on time.   

  • Coordinates Campaigns with Account management & Adops making sure materials are available on time and client are informed about campaign statuses and changes.  

  • Share campaign/project/test outcomes with clients 

  • Assist Account management with:   

    • Chasing signature of advertiser/agency and payments. 

    • Ensures campaign and account details are correct in CRM/ order management system.  

    • After sales.  

    • Preparations of client meetings.

Requirements 
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:   

  • Strong coordination skills combined with a can-do mentality.  

  • Accurately applying processes and quality standards, correcting mistakes in a timely manner.  

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent.  

  • Fluency in the Dutch language is a must  
     

Aside from these hard skills, we think you should also bring some much-valued soft skills to the table: outspoken communication skills and a proactive approach. In addition to these, entrepreneurship and great networking skills will take you far.

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
