How you can
make a difference

.

Helping people eat well, save time, and live better. That is what Ahold Delhaize (55m weekly customers, 414k colleagues) stands for. As one of the world’s largest and most forward-thinking food retail groups, our global family of local brands creates inspiring shopping experiences. As an intern within our global department of Governance Compliance & Awareness (GCA), you can help on several initiatives in the Awareness domains. We will look into your strengths, your interests and available projects as we onboard you.

Your new job and workplace
At Ahold Delhaize we ensure you learn a lot during our time with us and get enthusiastic about information security, our company and, hopefully, our department. We hope that when onboarded you can support and, where possible, independently add value and help keep our company secure.
The purpose of Governance, Compliance & Awareness (GCA) is to sustain a risk aware culture and uphold compliance and policy. We do this by building a resilient human firewall through knowledge sharing and associate training.

We think it is important that you at Ahold Delhaize can be yourself in an environment that is open to different perspectives, an environment in which we are curious and appreciate each other. For this position we are preferably looking for someone who will strengthen the diversity in our team, in the broadest sense of the word. Someone who brings a different sound based on their own background and personal qualities and is therefore a good addition to our team.

In this position you work a maximum of 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.
